BREAKING: Bet Mazin political operative Finboy found dead on NYC subway

=&0=&

Finboy the wannabe shark from Weahawken and long time operative of Bet Mazin was confirmed dead today on a New York City subway.

Also known as the Hobroken bottom feeder, FinBoy in recent months became widely known as a laughingstock in the county. Having once run a little visited website Hudsonlowlife.com, the guppy-like fish had ambitions as big as a whale but lacked the ability to make those dreams come true.  Bet, known unaffectionately by her numerous political operatives as Bit Mazon was thought to be his path to the political stars before her political career crashed and burned with her attempt to force the city into bankruptcy.  In recent days, FinBoy’s name surfaced as a political operative in confidential communications to the Hobroken City Council by the infamous million quarters theft coverup councilwoman Teary Castilliancano who claimed she made “a mistake” after hitting the sauce extra hard on a Monday night.  That fiasco led to more questions on the bottom feeder’s collection of active and confidential legal information used in lawsuits against the city.  A protest soon followed outside Marina View, the power base of the sauced up councilwoman who substituted FinBoy’s name on a confidential email in place of Bet Mazin. FinBoy is survived by a brother who spends all his free time watching phony wrestling and estranged wife, an Asian Tuna who recently dumped him. “He’s not who he claimed to be.  I thought I was marrying this happy go lucky guy who was going to be a professional, but he turned into a bitter angry fish much like his boss who frankly everyone hates.  When he flunked out of law school, I should have left him then but felt guilty because I knew he wouldn’t last without me,” the wife said. Another man rumored to be the father of the fish refused to admit to hatching him saying, “I’m not saying I fathered the little creep but he was a douchebag and I hate his bleepin guts. I’m glad he was found dead. If only it had happened sooner.” Bet Mazin also declined to express any sympathy saying, “I told him to get his last check from Inez who is the treasurer of our street money campaign. He was overpaid and destroyed any hopes I had of a political career.  He said I would be Governor if I listened to him but I can’t even get elected dog catcher in Hoboken.  He’s to blame for my sorry predicament.”
FinBoy the bottom feeder of Hobroken politics was found dead belly up
on a NYC subway this morning.
This MSV story is satire.  If you’re too stupid to know that after reading this, then you’re really dumb or your name is Timmy Occhocinco and you’re making a phone call to the police after a conference call with Bet.

Eduardo Gonzalez files complaint in vendors excessive contribution of $150

=&0=& The Hudson Reporter did the story this week on two vendors exceeding $300 contribution limits doing business with the City.  Although the excessive monies in the donations of $450 each had already reportedly been returned for $150 each, it’s received additional coverage.

Eduardo Gonazalez, a council slate candidate on the Ruben Ramos campaign filed the complaint.  He also sits on the Hoboken Housing Authority Board voting in favor of Carmelo Garcia’s agenda.

Hudson County TV was the first to get the complete story out yesterday with a video of the story.

Councilman Michael Russo declared the two vendors who made the series of donations exceeding the $300 limit by $150 each should consider their contracts nullified with the City on Hoboken Patch.

Talking Ed Note: Congratulations to Hudson County TV for getting the complete story.

Scam-Alert: Phony phone spoofing imitating Da Horsey

=&0=&

Well you never know who you will annoy enough to come up with another angle to initiate personal attacks but today was the day. Hey Da Horsey has been cursed, threatened, assaulted, had false charges filed in multiple court actions but today was a new one.

A person with a long history of political activism contacted Da Horsey to ask if a call had been placed just earlier to them.  As it turns out, the call was never made from the stable but was in fact a phone call spoofer.
Hello, this is Da Horse… except it’s not.
Some scammer is trying to make trouble pretending to be MSV.
Not cool and spoofing someone’s phone in such a manner is…
you guessed it, illegal.
Spoofing a phone isn’t difficult these days. The act is basically taking a known number and having the real number camouflaged using software or a third party product before placing the call to an unsuspecting victim.  In this instance, a conversation continued for a short spell before the person on the receiving end of the spoof call was shocked at being cursed at before the conversation quickly ended. The phony calls are continuing as of 6:30 PM. Keep it up and you’ll find yourself answering to the Hoboken Police Department or another law enforcement agency not of your choosing. Good luck and good night.

Update: 7:50 – Based on the numerous victims the culprits have been reduced to a certain Beth Mason political operative working on behalf of the Ruben Ramos campaign who also has publicly signed on to Vision 20/20.

Expect a knock on the door buddy. Ding-dong, it ain’t Avon calling. Read More...

Carmelo Garcia demands dog and pony time but still no Vision 20/20 Plan

=&0=&

HHA Executive Director Carmelo Garcia arrived at the council meeting showing he was ready to take on the enemy, the reform oriented council members who have not signed on to the dotted line of his Vision 20/20 plan.

The only problem?  There’s no plan to sign on the dotted line.

Garcia began with a question on the remarks of the Council President Peter Cunningham as he felt a need to rebut but did not know what was said.  It went downhill from there.

Attacks of every kind and protests he was not being given time to do his dog and pony show in the City Council for his 100 plus page brochure. Read More...

More HHA Hullabaloo tonight @7:00 in City Council

Tonight is the sole August meeting of the City Council meaning someone has to yell and scream and make lots of noise to get attention.

With another political action slated in resolution #7, a third attempt to seat Carmelo Garcia and Vision 20/20 friendly submission Barbara Reyes, you can be sure of one thing: lots of venomous attacks.  But will we hear cries of racism? That card has flipped with an HHA resident pointing the finger at Carmelo Garcia and the Old Guard. The agenda tonight is long and there’s almost three dozen resolutions.  Depending on Councilman Michael Russo’s instructions from Ma and his orneriness that he can’t run for mayor, (it’s his corruption on FBI tape not Dad’s blocking him) the meeting could go well past midnight or come up short when Russo needs to come up for air.  Maybe Timmy Occhipinti can take up some slack.  He’s known for talking realllllll slow and repeating himself three times as if he’s delivering the gospel. Except in his case no one is taking notes and can’t wait until it’s over. Hey, add 20 minutes to new business so Timmy can tell everyone he cleared another leaf off a sewer grate.

Leading into the meeting, HHA ED Carmelo Garcia has illegally moved the HHA meeting to the end of the month.  On Hoboken Patch, he thinks it’s “a joke” to be challenged for that and his apparent agenda to marshall what he can past a board where some members will likely be out of town – reform oriented HHA members.

Once again it’s former Chairman and holdover commissioner Jake Stuiver calling Garcia to task.
Somehow Da Horsey just can’t imagine Hope employee Barbara Reyes taking on her landlord and doing likewise.

In the background of the council meeting lurks the Hoboken Watergate tapes which are one day closer to hitting Hoboken media and a eager blogosphere. Read More...

Being on a Hoboken Board – “It’s a madhouse”

Being on a Hoboken Board even with a lovely summer August is no picnic.  Currently with the even number of council members tied up in the Mason family legal antics on behalf of the Hoboken Sopranos, there is no longer a fifth reform oriented person to confirm appointments.

Call it yet another “Hoboken Curse of Beth Mason,” no important board appointments are going to happen until after the 2013 November election.

Two of the most important boards with open positions are the Hoboken Zoning Board and the Hoboken Housing Authority. Whoever wins the mayor’s race in November and has a majority on the City Council will determine that outcome. Read More...
