We hope you have enjoyed your holiday shortened work week.  Please remember the Hoboken Planning Board meeting to hear the Monarch proposal is Tuesday, July 10 at 7pm in the Wallace School gymnasium at 1100 Willow Avenue.  We understand you can be busy over the Summer, but now is the time to act and show your support.  We must send a strong message to both our elected officials and Applied Development that this development is not acceptable.  The larger our crowd, the stronger our message.  Local residents were able to persuade the Hudson County Planning Board to deny this application and we believe the same is possible in the Hoboken Planning Board.
