Community: INFORMATION FOR PRIMARY ELECTION DAY – JUNE 6, 2017
The Primary Election in New Jersey will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2017. The Republican and Democratic primary elections include candidates for Governor, State Senator, General Assembly, County Clerk, Freeholder, and State Committee. The Democratic primary also includes the election of members for the County Committee. Registered, unaffiliated voters may vote in either primary by declaring their party affiliation at the polls.
Polls open at 6:00am and close at 8:00pm. If you are in line by 8:00pm, whether the line is inside or outside of the polling location, you have the right to remain in line and vote.

Please note that the polling location listed on sample ballots mailed to voters in Ward 4, District 5 includes the incorrect location. The polling location has been changed from the Hoboken Boys and Girls Club to the Multi Service Center, 124 Grand Street.

VOTING BY PROVISIONAL BALLOT
If your name is not in the poll book, or if for any reason you are told that you cannot vote, **you have the right to vote by provisional ballot**.
