DEED FOR MAXWELL PLACE WATERFRONT PARK
After extensive negotiations and approval from the City Council on Wednesday, the City of
on Friday morning officially closed on the deed transfer for the Maxwell Place Block E waterfront park. Hoboken
As a result, the City-owned amount of open space has increased by more than 3.5 acres.
“I want to thank Community Development Director Brandy Forbes, City Council Quality of Life Subcommittee Chairman
Nino Giacchi and members Peter Cunningham and Beth Mason, and the entire City Council for working together to make this happen,” said Mayor Dawn Zimmer.
