Author Christopher Whalen to appear at Republicans of Hoboken Dinner

Christopher Whalen will be the featured guest speaker as the Republicans of Hoboken celebrate Lincoln Day at their 2nd Annual Speaker Series Event on March 1, 2011 at the Madison Restaurant in Hoboken, NJ . Christopher is the author of the new book, ‘Inflated: How Money and Debt Built the American Dream” with introduction by Nouriel Roubini. Christopher will be speaking about the topic of his recent book and the outlook for the U.S. banking and housing sectors in 2011. The book will be available for purchase at the dinner and signed by the author.
Christopher Whalen is the co-founder of Institutional Risk Analytics, provider of bank and company ratings, custom analytics and consulting services for auditors, regulators and financial professionals. Christopher currently edits The Instructional Risk Analyst, a weekly news report and commentary on significant developments in and around the global financial markets.
The author frequently appears on such media as Bloomberg News, Kudlow Report/CNBC and Fox Business, and frequently writes for Financial Times, Barron’s, and the Wall Street Journal. He has appeared before the Congress and the Securities and Exchange Commission to testify on a range of financial and other issues.
