Pupie – ‘I’ll pay with cash’
This time, it ain’t $40. In lieu of a lien to forego pretrial detention, Frank “Pupie” Raia put up $100,000 in cold hard cash.
There’s no satirical sacred cow gored in that. In California however, ballot harvesting is coming back in a big way. Maybe that’s just a sign of the times or maybe that’s the future.
