NJ PBA vows to take pension and healthcare reform to court

The bill changing NJ government workers’ contributions to their healthcare and pension plan is not even signed into law by Governor Christie and NJ PBA President Anthony Wieners is promising to challenge the provision in court.

Yesterday the announcement stated the basis for the challenge is the rules of collective bargaining and the constitutionality of the State acting outside those existing agreements.
