City of Hoboken announces:

ZONING OFFICE INSTITUTES EVENING HOURS
In order to better serve the public, the Zoning Office at Hoboken City Hall has instituted extended evening hours on the second Tuesday of each month.
“We know people have busy lives, so hopefully this gives residents an opportunity to sit down and get their questions answered without having to take off work,” said Zoning Officer Ann Holtzman. “The initial public reaction so far has been very positive.”
The Zoning Office is responsible for administering the zoning laws of the City of HobokenHudson County and the State of New Jersey.  Zoning is the delineation of districts and the regulation of use, placement, spacing, and size of land and buildings. The office is located on the ground floor of City Hall and is open Monday through Friday between 9 am and 4 pm and additionally on the second Tuesday of each month from 7 pm to 9 pm.
Residents may also contact Ms. Holtzman at 201-420-2063 or aholtzman@hobokennj.org.
