Fresh off the weekend revelation an anti-Vision 20/20 group based in the Hoboken Housing Authority has emerged with one of its members going public, the response to alleged threats and bullying is anything but intimidated.

HHA resident Jessica Coco lashed out at Hoboken Police for inappropriate behavior with what she alleges is an unwarranted fixation on Vision 20/20 flyers and who in the Hoboken Housing Authority opposes Carmelo Garcia and his controversial plan.

Two HHA residents have come out from the cold saying they were given eviction notices last week, apparently for opposing Carmelo Garcia’s controversial Vision 20/20 plan.

The HHA residents are part of a weekend page one lead story in the Hoboken Reporter.

One of the HHA residents, Jessica Coco has come out publicly saying she is a member of an HHA resident group called “Save the Projects” opposing Garcia and his Vision 20/20 as a plan to eliminate minorities in Hoboken.

Garcia denied the residents’ eviction claims but admitted a letter from HHA counsel Charles Daglian to Coco where she was ordered to “cease and desist” for alleged flyer distribution.  Coco states two flyers after hers had no connection to the “Save the Projects” HHA tenant group she is a member of and she faced racial epithets among other acts of intimidation for not agreeing to march for Vision 20/20. Threats, intimidation, property damage, burglary – the details of a tenant’s claims of being terrorized in the Hoboken Housing Authority for not supporting Executive Director Carmelo Garcia’s Vision 20/20 plan are exploding on Grafix Avenger today.

GA who broke the growing story of a tenant who doesn’t believe Vision 20/20 is what it’s being pitched as by Garcia, finds herself under duress receiving a letter on HHA letterhead from its legal counsel Charles Daglian accusing her of being behind a second leafleting of flyers.

The same tenant who is about to go public according to at least one reliable source, claims to being asked to sign her own eviction notice the previous day for distributing flyers.

In the letter, Daglian calls the tenant’s alleged distributing of flyers “libelous” and orders her to cease and desist from doing so in the future and if the tenant is not responsible they should “advise” the HHA “of that fact.”  It’s not clear under what legal authority Daglian is acting on as housing authority tenants have the same First Amendment rights as other US citizens and no evidence is offered of the alleged activity. Finboy the wannabe shark from Weahawken and long time operative of Bet Mazin was confirmed dead today on a New York City subway.

Also known as the Hobroken bottom feeder, FinBoy in recent months became widely known as a laughingstock in the county. Having once run a little visited website Hudsonlowlife.com, the guppy-like fish had ambitions as big as a whale but lacked the ability to make those dreams come true.  Bet, known unaffectionately by her numerous political operatives as Bit Mazon was thought to be his path to the political stars before her political career crashed and burned with her attempt to force the city into bankruptcy.  In recent days, FinBoy’s name surfaced as a political operative in confidential communications to the Hobroken City Council by the infamous million quarters theft coverup councilwoman Teary Castilliancano who claimed she made “a mistake” after hitting the sauce extra hard on a Monday night.  That fiasco led to more questions on the bottom feeder’s collection of active and confidential legal information used in lawsuits against the city.  A protest soon followed outside Marina View, the power base of the sauced up councilwoman who substituted FinBoy’s name on a confidential email in place of Bet Mazin. FinBoy is survived by a brother who spends all his free time watching phony wrestling and estranged wife, an Asian Tuna who recently dumped him. “He’s not who he claimed to be.  I thought I was marrying this happy go lucky guy who was going to be a professional, but he turned into a bitter angry fish much like his boss who frankly everyone hates.  When he flunked out of law school, I should have left him then but felt guilty because I knew he wouldn’t last without me,” the wife said. Another man rumored to be the father of the fish refused to admit to hatching him saying, “I’m not saying I fathered the little creep but he was a douchebag and I hate his bleepin guts. I’m glad he was found dead. If only it had happened sooner.” Bet Mazin also declined to express any sympathy saying, “I told him to get his last check from Inez who is the treasurer of our street money campaign. He was overpaid and destroyed any hopes I had of a political career.  He said I would be Governor if I listened to him but I can’t even get elected dog catcher in Hoboken.  He’s to blame for my sorry predicament.”

FinBoy the bottom feeder of Hobroken politics was found dead belly up on a NYC subway this morning.

=&0=& The Hudson Reporter did the story this week on two vendors exceeding $300 contribution limits doing business with the City.  Although the excessive monies in the donations of $450 each had already reportedly been returned for $150 each, it’s received additional coverage.

Eduardo Gonazalez, a council slate candidate on the Ruben Ramos campaign filed the complaint.  He also sits on the Hoboken Housing Authority Board voting in favor of Carmelo Garcia’s agenda.

Hudson County TV was the first to get the complete story out yesterday with a video of the story.

Councilman Michael Russo declared the two vendors who made the series of donations exceeding the $300 limit by $150 each should consider their contracts nullified with the City on Hoboken Patch.
